Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have contacted you before in reference to wrongful interest charges on my account. This has been resolved but ever since they re-opened my card account they stopped sending me statements. I had no idea when my payment was due until i received an email stating it was late and they would charge me a fee! now i have been charged with TWO late payment fees that i was NEVER told about. Top it off my min payment went from - to - to - a month how does it jump like that?!!?! the promotion is supposed to be INTEREST FREE and i am getting billed for interest as well! i demand my fees returned and my min payment to be back to - i can not wait to pay this ridiculous bank off and never ever deal with them again worse customer service ever
