In - -, I was granted a modification From Seterus Inc . I signed - copies of the modification and returned it to the servicer in -/-/-. According to the modification after making 3 consecutive payments it was supposed to become permanent, - -, after it became permanent in was supposed to be signed by the servicer and presented to The - - - Arkansas Bankruptcy Court for approval. When I contacted Seterus about a copy of the modification this I was sent a unsigned copy, when I requested a singed copy I was told they had not completed it as of -/-/-. After rigorous attempts to get a signed copy I received a sign copy in - -. I contacted Seterus at that time to request that the signed copy be summited to The - District of Arkansas Bankruptcy Court for approval, I was told they summited a n unsigned copy -/-/- and it was denied, I explained that the court had stated that it would not approve an incomplete document was the reason for the denial and requested that Seterus summit the modification with both parties signatures to the court stated above, I was told that they had no intentions of summiting the documents for approval believe this is in violation of the servicer rules
