My wife had her cards lost or stollen. We contacted the banks we do business with, all of them E-CEPT for - were super helpful. Wells Fargo kept her on hold for over an hour and ultimately REFUSED to suspend the card. We then requested to cancel the account to prevent any unauthorized charges, they refused that also. We spoke with supervisors and other groups, nobody could assist.
