I was appointed by her to act as her Power of Attorney, and her testament was drafted by - -, Attorney at Law, recently signed by her and witnessed. I presented to JPMorgan Chase Bank , NA, Branch -, - - and - on - -, 2016, mid-morning. I was assisted by - -, a polite and professional gentleman. who entered the required information in the computer after receiving acceptance by the legal team. I was told to allow - business days for processing. The following Thursday I again presented to Chase, and was told by - - that - was on vacation, that the POA had not fully processed, but she was able to process - CD account for me. I presented again this morning at - -., and met with - who
I need to review documents contained in the safety deposit box. I have been waiting eleven days and continue to wait as I try to expedite several matters on behalf of - -. I am grateful she has accounts at another bank at which I was not detained for more than one hour while all data was processed at that time. I am now at thirteen days and waiting. I appreciate your kind assistance in this matter. - -, - -, OR -
