My complaint is very simple not gon na complaint about -/-/- when I lost my job or -/-/- when my mom had a - or -/-/- when mom came down with - or the recent loss of my grandpa who was like a father to me and Citimortgage refused to help My complaint is that my credit has been damaged to the point it is very poor and I do once or twice a year have fallen behind and made my payment on -/-/- as always however there has been plenty of times like once they lost my check while in California taking care of my mom -/-/- I took the bad mark other times I 've paid at - my time according to them if the payment is not in their system by - pm their time I am late and those reporting have hurt me so bad I ca n't get a job I get turned down for credit that I need to fix the rest of my home a home that has - bathroom working out of - a kitchen with mold and because my insurance did not pay I am living with that in the house I am always - I take - I need Citimortgage to drop off all the late marks on my credit report so I can go on about and not have to be late on my house payments because all I have is cash and my hands are tied
