I got a new card but I did not change the Account Number on my online banking. As a result I sent two payments to Synchrony Bank. These payments should have gone to my new - - - account. I have had a great deal of trouble communicating with Synchrony Bank and would really appreciate some help with this issue. I made two electronic payments. $140.00 on - -, - $81.00 on - -, - I used my - - Account # - Address : - - - - - The payments did not bounce back to my account or get transferred. My contact information is : - - - - - - - - - - - I would like those payments transferred to my - - - account # - - - - I am including my Banks Proof of Payment
