My servicer, Fay Servicing, failed to inform me that they were transferring my loan to - - within 15 days. In fact, I still have not heard from them. And the company they sold it to, Florida - -, did not inform me in a timely fashion. I only received their letter on -/-/16 when transfer was to take place - - -/-/2016.
