Since Seterus Mortgage has become my new loan servicer in -/-/2011 they have repeatedly misposted and misreported my payment status. I have made several attempts to amend these mistakes directly with them to no avail. Every month they are reporting my past due to the --major credit reporting agencies and this has taken a toll on my credit report. Also they have my account as included in my bankruptcy but it was NOT. My Seterus was not included in the bankruptcy proceedings. I was advised by a representative with Seterus by the name of " brian '' that this would all be fixed. Nothing has happened yet. TO THIS DAY SETERUS HAS NOT EVEN MAILED ME MY MONTHLY STATEMENT AND I HAVE REQUESTED IT OVER 10 TIMES. In the statements and evidence that I will be uploading to this portal you can see how I have been making my payments to Seterus INC. Also I will be sending them another certified letter today in hopes to get this finally corrected. Thank you for being a voice for the consumers that have been taken advantage of by shady mortgage companies like SETERUS INC .
