Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Alabama

Since I have not been able to pay the Loan this company pulls my credit Monthly from - different entities which is producing - Hard hits every month. Tower Loans and TWR Loans Systems. are the entities that are reflecting on my file. This goes far back as - 2015. Please have them to remove these inquiries and tell them to stop Hard hitting my credit. It as already showing up as a Charge off. So why are they continuing to hit my credit every month. I am going to pursue monetary compensation for this. I m trying to clean my credit up so I can pay this debt off.
