Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I 'm handling the estate of - - -. I know he has a balance due to Wells Fargo for a credit card, but I do n't know the amount. I have called and tried to reach a human there to no avail. They leave me messages from the " Deceased Management Office '' with Reference No. -, and they tell me to call ( - - -. When I call, I wait on hold and no one ever picks up my call. I 've waited as long as - and 20 minutes before. I want to close this estate, but I have to pay all the creditors first.
