My current mortgage loan servicer, Nationstar Mortgage, illegally and/or erroneously reported to the national credit bureaus in - - that my current mortgage is $34000.00 past due. This amount they reported includes $32000.00 of deferred principal that is not due/payable until the loan matures in -/-/-. This deferred principal of $32000.00 was granted in my mortgage loan modification with - - effective - -, -. This fact of $32000.00 deferred principal, which is not currently due or past due, is stated in the attached HAMA Loan Modification Agreement under item - on page - -. This illegal reporting caused my current credit union provider, - - -, to deny my application for a $25000.00 car loan in - -.
