American Credit Acceptance ( A.C.A. ) is lying that I owe them $1000.00. - -, 2012 I was in a car accident and my vehicle became a total lost. A.C.A. told my insurance companies that I owed $9700.00. - paid $8300.00 ; - paid $1000.00 ; and - paid $550.00 for a total of $9900.00. They were overpaid by $240.00 and they never gave me my refund. I had GAP insurance by -, and - refunded the GAP and extended warranty. A.C.A. cant change my balance once they tell my insurance company a balance and cashes the checks. By cashing the checks, they are argeeing that the letter attached to the check is correct amount owed. - had a breakdown of all parties payments except - extended warranty refund for $240.00 which should have been returned to me, not -.
