Angry at Paypal, i proceeded to cancel the payment and try using the service through - instead. The service there was able to transfer the lesser amount of - - to him with no problems or delays. It 's been about 20 minutes since then, and i have yet to receive the refund promised to me by the company of $290.00 ( - - converted )
