I opened an account with PNC bank under a $400.00 checking bonus offer. All of the requirements were met in -, and the required time has passed but the bonus was not honored. I contacted the bank and it seems as if they have, and possibly never had, any intention of honoring the $400.00 bonus used to entice me to open the account.
