Around - CALLED WELLS FARGO @ -, spoke to agent -, regarding an overdraft charge on my account 's statement of - 2016. I wanted to know why an overdraft fee was done when the balance, given for that day could more than cover the " overdraft '' she indicated to me that she could authorize a credit of $3.00 and some cents, the system would only permit that amount and she could not do the entire amount. She explained to me that there were pending charges given - -, which she could see that were included making the account with a negative balance. I asked her if she could send me that info and she replied no because it was internal use. I ask to speak to a supervisor who would have authority to reimburse full amount and she politely saw to my request. The Supervisor - gave her full name but I did n't record her last. She ask how could she help. I advised her I wanted a full refund because my statement does n't show in my estimation that an overdraft was needed, therefore no $12.00 fee should be charged. She answered my question with the same info and explanation that - gave me. I interrupted her to advise her of this. I ask her where is she seeing a negative balance? She replied the pending amounts, - -, which I realized were the posted amounts for - -, on my statement totaled that negative balance, therefore she would only authorize the same refund that - indicated. When I stated that was unfair because these transactions were not on the - but - she stated that they were pending therefore valid for the -. I stated to her you can see my statement has them on - and I should be given a full refund at that point about -, I said her name and got no response, I continued to say hello until I concluded I was disconnected there was no dial tone, just silence and no response from Supervisor - approximately -.
