I am Complaining about SLS my loan servicer, SLS says in a letter sent to CFPB that I will attach for your review that mediation took place on -/-/2016, but in fact their attorney refused to, and we ended up in court on -/-/- instead of mediation which is what I was promised since the very beginning, also in that latter it indicates that meditation was postponed to a later date which is not true, a settlement agreement will also be attach for your review, their attorney offered me conciliation NOT mediation.
