I have had a B. P. gas card for over ten years now, never paid late, my interest raye as of -/-/- was 21.49 % now since syncrony bank has taken card over, rate has increased to 27.24 % an increase of 5.75 % or ruffly 26 %, I feel as a loyal customer this is unfair, and would like to know on what do they base % on?
