M & T Bank is giving us a difficult time in rolling my deceased mother 's IRA 's over into a beneficiary IRA at -. It is one road block after another and continuous mistakes and negligence on their part. We completed the necessary forms over 1 month ago and M & T kicks it back to - either saying there are no accounts ( when there are actually - of them ) or they never received the forms ( we have email proof from the - branch manager directly to the M & T Branch manager sending the forms ). They do n't return phone calls to us OR our branch manager at - and we are at our wits end. They are making it impossible to move OUR money from M & T to -. We are dealing with the branches of both banks located in -, Maryland. Please ... we need help! We are being stonewalled and believe it is not just incompetence on M & T 's part, but their intent to hang on to our money as long as possible. I would never EVER keep one single - at M & T.
