Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute Texas
To whom it may concern, I am having problems with Equifax. There is a lot of information on my credit file with Equifax that is not mine. I am a victim of identity theft therefore I have a lot of fradulent accounts and information that is not up to date. I have - fraudalent tax liens from the state of alabama iternal revinue service. They are - State income tax accounts that are fradulant and are not mine. I have disputed this accounts with the proper documention from the state of alabama that I have sent to equifax and equifax do not want to remove those - negative accounts which are public records. I have attached the documents which i believe can make those - negative fradulent accounts be deleted from the equifax credit file. I have contacted - agencies and they tell me that they have done everything they can. Equifax wants specifics and The state of alabama does not want to rewrite any letter to me or equifax which equifax wants numbers and for the letter to say that those accounts need to be removed from my file. The state of alabama put out that public information and now those - fradulent tax liens have been terminated, canceled, and released the tax liens previousliy filed against me. Please help
