U.S. Bancorp Prepaid card department,

Payroll card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Kansas

I transferred money from my card to a bank account. The same night i was charged again. I spoke to customer service three times and was told to wait 24 hours. Which i did. I was then hung up on when i called again and asked for the eztra charge to be reversed and my money put back on my card.
