First National Bank of Omaha Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Georgia
My credit card stopped working so I contacted the bank and was told I was over my limit. I pay my balance every month and only use the card for small charges like gas once a week. My identity was compromised and over - charges were made in - 2015. The CS rep took the information and I paid the charges I was responsible to pay. I mailed a letter denying the fraudulent charges and made a police report. Several attempts have been made to talk to the bank since discovering the fraudulent charges. I keep getting a new statement showing I still owe the charges and interest.
