Barclays PLC Credit card department,
We have had numerous problems with this credit card -, - Dividend -. 1 ) Was offered 0 Percent on new purchases ( very clearly ) and transfers 2 ) Never been able to use miles ( have over - ) but flights are never available 3 ) Had - fraud cases on - different cards sent to my wife, even though they had never never been activated. When case opened, we never get a call back and have to continually call them to get status. We called to let them the first week of - to let them know this was not our purchase which was a recent charge of $720.00 on - - on a flight from a year ago which makes no sense. We called a few weeks ago because we never got a call back and they had n't opened a case yet or credited our account. We have complained several times about the interest charges and was told a year ago it would be corrected, but it never was. Now they are saying they ca n't correct it. This bank ( Barclay ) seems incompetent to be offering a credit card to customers.
