Paypal decided to shutdown my account arbitrarily. And are currently holding my balance of $1900.00 and are planning on holding it for 6 months. In addition to that, I have additional $360.00 in ebay gift card they are no longer honoring. I 've contacted paypal and ebay several times and all they do is bounce phone calls back and forth. And blame each other. Someone has to be responsible for returning the gift card balances back.
