I requested a copy of my credit report from all - agencies, as I am in the process of repairing my credit. I am having trouble with - agency which is EquiFax. My first request went out to them on or around - the -, this was with a complete copy of my credit report as well as the items that were in dispute along with any supporting documents that pertained to each account in which I am disputing. I called Equifax on the - of - to see if any of my items were removed and the Agent explained to me that there were - more pending my investigation that needed to be resolved by the - of - and I called today to receive the results and was told that it was on-going and they refused to remove the - items from my account
