Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

I went to the doctor and I did n't have insurance, and so they unwillingly signed me up for care credit. I AM NOW BEING CHARGED ALMOST - DOLLARS IN INTEREST FOR A CARD THAT I did not agree TO OPEN.
