Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I have a credit card through Wells Fargo Bank. I reached my limit and came to a payment agreement with them that I would no longer be able to charge on my card. They are taking automatic deductions from my checking account. However, once they started doing that they stopped sending me statements in the mail. I tried opening an online account so I can keep track of the account and the site would not allow me to do so. I called them to ask them to help me set up an online account and they told me that because the account was " over charged '' and had been closed, that they would no longer provide me with or allow me to open an online account. The only way they offered for me to follow the progress of my payments was to call them monthly and they would tell me what my balance is. Can they take money from me without giving me a written method of following the account? For all I know, the money could be going to another account or being put into someone 's personal account. I want to be able to open an online account so I can check on the balance and make sure my money is being applied to my account.
