Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
SYNCHRONY BANK COMPLAINT I had a - card serviced by Synchrony Bank. The servicing was then transferred to - -. I inadvertantly sent $4300.00 to Synchrony Bank on - -. They received and cashed my check instead of forwarding the payment to the new -, - -. I have called Synchrony Bank multiple times spending hours on the phone to no avail. I faxed a DISPUTE to them as per their request. I sent another copy via Certified Mail. I have never heard back from any of those DISPUTES. I called today and they can not anything in " their system '' connected to my name nor my payment of $4300.00. I want my money refunded.
