Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I have - accounts with Wells Fargo. The accounts became difficult to manage with a loss of income. The first account is - - visa -. The second account is - today -. I placed both accounts into consolidated credit to bring them current. The accounts were with consolidated credit counseling for 3 years. In the last year, I became -. I removed the accounts from credit counseling because I could no longer afford to pay the higher amounts. The higher amount were established when the principal balances were higher. Wells Fargo refused to lower the payments to the current balance minimal payment. I had to report the company to consumer federal protection bureau. At this point Wells Fargo decided to correct the minimal payment. They never updated two months of the old minimal payments causing my monthly payments to be higher. I was making payments under the new agreed upon amount but the old $90.00 payment was showing past due by two months. Wells Fargo never attempted to correct the problem. I called but I paid the new minimal payment amounts. The next notice, I received was a charge off notice. I tried to explain that it was mistake that was never corrected from past representatives but to no avail or correction. I was told the chargeoff would stand and to make arrangements.
