Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Receiving a Wells Fargo promotional mail in - - NO FEE NO INTEREST for a year, borrowed $19000.00 on - -, - ( has paid off the entire principle amount -, - 3months before the end of my promotion ). No issues till - -. No interest Charges etc.. Come - I call Wells Fargo notify them of Address change as we moved. Despite four calls address is not changed. Mail is delivered to old address only to finally reflect the change in - -, -. Come - I see late fee and Interest charges. I call. Late fee waived - Card # - even though the same fee was waived by - - REF # -, and the Interest charges was submitted for further RESEARCH # - on - -, - as to why charges are levied. No response from Wells Fargo till. Wells Fargo sends my account for collection despite raising dispute claiming the promotion started from the date it was started ( - - ) and not from the day of borrowing, that I was never informed, told about such a stipulation. Upon countering that If I were to borrow in the month of - - if
Response in WRITING only will be appreciated. According to me I do not owe any charges levied by the Wells Fargo and its deceptive practice be stopped and the consumers be protected who are powerless against these giants without the mediation of your esteemed office. Thank you in advance
