the company Campus Partners services private student loans for a number of universities, including - University. They arbitrarily instituted a $0.00 fee on all payments made with checking accounts directly ( as opposed to autopay ). Because no warning was given, all payments made this month are subject to a fee ( unless the payment is mailed in ). They acknowledge they gave no advance notification either. By this method they are blatantly taking thousands of extra dollars of expense unfairly.
