My PNC account which I never use was overdrawn. I made the ACH transfer of the remaining balance and asked to close the account. They debited my - account on -/-/2016 and it had still not posted it to my account after 3 business days. They are piling on overdraft fees while still holding my transferred amount and giving me incorrect phone numbers to resolve this issue.
