FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Texas

My loan was sold to them this past month, and I 've been trying to get a hold of them to inquire steps and billing in order to make my first payment. It seems that they have been ignoring my calls, emails, etc. I want to think this company is honest but i 'm finding it hard to think they are. My accounts have been locked, and when I call I 've been on hold for over an hour.
