ok on - I have to declare bankcrupcy chapter - while having a WellsFargo mortgage and the reafirmation proccess on this mortgage was not completed on time and ever since the bank has refused to report my payments with the - credit bureaus even though I have never been late or missed a payment since I took out this mortgage in -. What recourse do individuals in this situation like mine have? it is been very hard for me to refinance to take advantage of lower interest rates currently avialable to me.
