In - 2014, I went to PNC Bank to pay on my loan at the - -, with the Branch Manager who is no longer there ... He mailed my payment, and a month later PNC called me from where the loan was being serviced and stated they did n't get my payment in - ... I explained to them over the phone, that I made the payment with the branch manager at PNC - and they should get in contact with them, and that I would also follow up on my payment ... .I went to the Branch and they said to me we mailed it to the Loan Servicing Dept. and Loan Servicing Dept. at PNC stated they would call the Branch ... I spoke with the - -, and the Branch Manager - said the Loan Servicing Dept. at PNC never called to ask about the mailed payment ... .At this point it 's showing up on my credit reports without my knowledge which violate the fair credit reporting act ... I expect pnc to act in accordance with the fair credit reporting act and delete this account from my credit reports ....
