Santander Consumer - has had my information for a warranty refund for over 2 months and even gave me the amount of refund on my cars warranty left that I traded. - they even know the amount I 'm suppose to get which $1000.00 and I was told - weeks ago + that I would get the refund in 7-10 days. Now they are saying 8-10 weeks. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is very poor. I should not take over 2 months for me to get my refund when they got all the information from the car dealer that sold the vehicle to me over 3 months ago. I will never finance a vehicle through them ever again again.
