Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Originally I filed a complaint under case number - concerning the sale of a credit card debt from Wells Fargo Bank to - - -. There were - basic issues in that complaint. 1 ) I had never received an accounting of how the balance was determined ; and 2 ) the fact that Wells Fargo had issued me a check in the amount of $300.00 dated -/-/- for an administrative error which was questioned. After the complaint was filed, Wells Fargo did provide documentation of the balance which I am satisfied with. However, they have never explained where the administrative error check came from or how the amount was determined. Since then I contacted - - of Wells Fargo who had sent the balance information. He called on -/-/- but could not explain the administrative error check and provided the name - - who would call me back. - - called later that day. She stated it was not an administrative error but an inconvenience payment. After several questions she could not answer why the payment was made or how the amount was determined. She said she would call back after she spoke with the - - -. I have attached a letter from myself and documents from Wells Fargo.
