LexisNexis - reported to - - - incorrect Indiana - information. Called LexisNexis - and asked how to get a certified - record to them so they could delete the incorrect report they were sending out. I was told I can not provide a certified - record and - and the Indiana - is responsible for correcting the incorrect third party information. The refusal to allow me to provide the certified dmv record is affecting my auto insurance renewal and the incorrect information resulted in a refusal to renew auto insurance effective -/-/16. I spoke with - ID # - on -/-/16 at - - at Lexis Nexis. They are providing information that affects my financial well being and preventing me from obtaining auto insurance. This is a consumer reporting agency - third party - and they are providing incorrect information and will not allow me to dispute the information.
