on the - of - - I tried to make a mobile check deposit with - in the of - dl their mobile deposit kept giving me an error, so I believed the check did not get deposited I than did a mobile check deposit with the same check with Wells Fargo. Than I get and email from - saying that the check had been deposited. I than contacted - banks and notified them of my mistake. They rest asured me that it would get cashed by - of the banks and bounce on the other. The checks bounced with - banks. I than called Wells Fargo and they said since - checks bounced via mobile deposit, that I should take the physical check into a Wells Fargo Branch and re attempted to deposit the check in person on the - of - than on the - of - the check bounced. I also got charged to my account the same check amount, the account acted like I owed for a check never deposited into my account. I filed claims with Wells Fargo the brought my balance back to where it should be and took away all the overdraft fees.
went back to my local branch and have been working with Wells Fargo Banker - - - - - -. I met with him beginning of - I brough all my paper work letters I received from Wells Fargo and -. He than sees that I still have the refer to maker check rest assures that check is still good for deposit so I did on the - of - - on the - of - the check also bounces. At this point he tells he is sure its - fault that they still have the funds. - does not Wells Fargo also the says they do not the issuer of the Check says the funds left her account. Nothing is getting resolved I feel very powerless and out the - I worked so hard for. Please help me find where the money is stuck. Thank you kindly.
