I closed my Equifax account -/-/- after paying on -/-/- for a remaining 28 days of service. Account was to be inactive on -/-/- as a result of that final payment. Equifax charged my account again on -/-/- for $19.00 without my permission. Upon calling they say they will conduct an investigation. I am disputing the charge with my bank and felt compelled to close my bank account to avoid further charges from this company where I have lost all trust. I do believe this is a designed fraud practice. No doubt, you have heard this complaint before from Equifax.
