Closing/Cancelling account Utah

Around - -, 2016 - Barclays Card shut down - of my credit card accounts. I believe the closure of these accounts were done in a deceptive way to entice me to spend money on annual fee 's, accrue miles/points in these accounts, and then to close my account with no notice ( verbal nor written ) and refuse to refund me for any of the annual fee 's, miles, or points I paid or accrued with them.
