Wells Fargo & Company is violating the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by aggressively threatening to sue myself and my mother ( co-signer ) of a student loan when Wells Fargo & Company is well aware that I have served Wells Fargo & Company with a cease and desist letter AND according to the consumer contract ( which Wells Fargo & Company refused to provide to me ) the contract forbids court cases and requires all cases be brought via Arbitration. Wells Fargo & Company is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices by making false threats that the allege debt will go to court even though Wells Fargo & Company is well aware that bypassing the Arbitration agreement would be illegal and unlawful.
