on -/-/- i was alert by phone by - representative to verify i wish to open a - in the store with the fraudster holding on the other line.I advice i donot want or apply for - - card and to decline and close out account. i was told by the rep they will devaule the gift of $750.00 that was been purchase to - and close out. on -/-/- i got a card to activate. i call back and advice i dont want this card and it is fraud i was then told that there is a balance on the card for $750.00 and that the purchase was made on -/-/- in the bronx and the card was applied for online in -/-/-. i could not understand because here the bank presumingly have a fraud procedure in place to activate the card before it can be used but purchase was already made. I SEE ON MY CREDIT REPORT HE BANK REPORT THE AMOUNT OF $740.00 ; STATING IT IS IN DISPUTE. I WISH FOR THIS TO BE TOTALLY REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT I also received a bill from sychrony bank for $16000.00 for a store card issue for -. I never received a call or alert from the bank when these unusually big purchases are been made in - - - IN MIND I LIVE IN - - . I CONTACT THE BANK AND I WAS TOLD THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL, I WANT THIS TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT REPORT. I am high - and i dont want my credit tarnish. if these bank are so quick to issue and approve credit without proper id and some kind of alert system with all the fraud we face today in america. THEY NEED TO QUICKLY REMOVE THESE CREDIT FROM MY REPORT AND LET - AND - - PAY THEM. I APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP YOUR CFPB CAN DO TO E-PEDITE THIS FRAUD OFF MY CREDIT REPORT TO MAKE ME WHOLE AGAIN.
