A co-worker wanted me to co sign for a loan so we went in to Wells Fargo where we both bank, my co-worker had already spoke with a personal banker which explained to him the whole process. That day she asked us for all the requirements, I told the banker I was in a hurry and my time was limited. So I told her let me now when I can leave, I 'll sign what I need to and my co-worker can finish the process. While we waited for the loan approval she asked if I was interested in a credit card she did n't explain much all she said is that it was 15 months 0 interest, so I told her again that I had an appointment that maybe another day she can give me all the details about the credit card. after that we did n't discuss anything about the credit card. Once approved for the loan she handed each of us a copy of what we had signed for the personal loan, I went on my way and my co-worker stayed to receive the loan. About a week after I received in the mail - credit cards
in to the same bank to explain what had happened. Once the banker went over the credit card details I told her I would keep it only if I could remove my co-worker from the credit card and still keep the 15 moths 0 interest. She made some calls to see what she could do, she said that in order for me to keep the credit card I had to close the account and re-apply on my own. Even though I had not even applied for it to begin with. that would require running my credit again. She promised to give me 15 months 0 interest she even put notes on her computer stating that she had called credit services and they would honor my request. well that was not true, when I activated my new card I called to verify the interest. They ran my credit for nothing, it was just a waste of my time, I went in to the bank a few times to solve that. A banker told me I would get a response within 10 days its been about 20 days I 've never received a call regarding that incident. I want my credit restored and the can keep their credit card.
