I contacted Medical Data Systems, Inc regarding - medical accounts. I was asking them about settlement/payment options. I was told that I could not choose which account I paid first. They told me if i sent in a payment that they would apply it towards the oldest account first. I asked again if I could pay the smaller accounts first and again I was told no that it would be applied to the oldest larger balance and I did not have the option of choosing which account I paid. Under section 810 of the FDCPA it says that I have a right to choose which accounts I pay.
