Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease Delaware
I had a toyota - on lease since -/-/-. I was three months behind.I called - to verify a check was being sent out on - for $670.00 from my church. The guy noted my account. But noted it wrong, said I told him my church was paying pay due amount which would of been $1000.00. I never stated that. On - I called to let Toyota know the check was in its way N I wanted to make a payment to being my account current. They said we are only excepting cash through - - or atm ... I said ok I want to pay the - since the check is already in its way. They said no we ca n't except the check you need to call the church to put a stop payment on it. I said excuse me, that 's crazy. She said you should reach out to family and friends for help.So I called my mom got the money its still the -, I call back to make the full payment of - $ the lady said no we are not taking any payments, I said what why not you Told me to call when
n't take a payment, there was no reason as to why she would n't take the payment. On -/-/- my car was repoed I called and asked why they said because you failed to make payments or to bring it up to date with payments. I said excuse need I have been in contact with you since - n before that date ... .. Now they want me to pay the full amount of the vehicle which is - $ Which makes no sense cause I was trying since the - to bring it to a - balance and the customer service reps kept telling me no they not taking a payment ... Now how is this even right too tell someone no if the car want in repo status but then repo the car n ask for the whole purchase price when it 's a lease? I do n't understand as to why I was denied a payment give days straight, I understand I had difficulty paying but it 's not like I totally avoided them I was in contact with them monthly and if not weekly ...
