Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
My dentist offered Care Credit which I set up so that the entire balance would be paid in full by the last billing date. Initial purchase appears to be -/-/- but I received no statements until -/-/- which showed that the promotional balance had expired and now my initial purchase of $1400.00, of which I paid $1400.00 as of -/-/- ( billing cycle ), shows a new account balance of $1500.00. I called Care Credit and they claim that they had been sending statements even though they had the wrong last name and the wrong email address. I feel completely taken advantage of since they finally sent a paper statement after the expiration period.
