On - -, 2016 I wrote a check to Wells Fargo Mortgage for $3600.00 to pay off my mortgage. This was the payoff amount I was quoted by both their online site and a bank officer at their branch. The payoff amount I was led to believe included all interest due and processing fees. The bank has since come back told me that I have interest due and a processing fee of $18.00 due. After talking with Wells Fargo they have agreed to waive the interest charge, but not the processing fee of $18.00. I have paid the bank in full and should owe no more money.
