Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York
While traveling in -, I was at an establishment that in addition to the correct charges hit my card for $3200.00. I disputed these with Wells Fargo as I had not authorized any beyond the first and, after producing alleged " signed receipts '' that were nothing but a vague scrawl ( and note that the establishment had an actual copy of my signature to work from ), the bank denied the dispute. In addition, it is shocking that it was not detected as a possible fraud, as no activity remotely like this had never happened in the entire time I had an account at Wells Fargo.
