I went to Wells Fargo on - -, 2016 at the - location in -, AL. I used the ATM to make a deposit. I had - check and $900.00 in cash. I inserted the items for deposit and the ATM stated it would send my cash back after I got a receipt only showing my check for $500.00. I did n't receive credit for $1400.00. My cash was n't credited. I called inside of the branch and the CSR told me he could see my full deposit of $1400.00. I told him I do n't have a receipt showing this amount. He told me to come inside. I did. The lady, - -, assisting me pulled up my deposit information and she said she could see the full $1400.00. I told her my receipt which is time stamped - is only showing $500.00. She said well there is nothing we can do. She said you will have credit at


ca n't wait for these - hours to pass so they can get off. I checked my account and I did not receive credit for my full deposit. I had to drive - hours to this location only to be presented with the same people there from the previous day. The male worker sitting next to - said here he comes. She just looked up with an attitude. I told her I do n't have credit for my full deposit. She said well your deposit was done after -. I told her no, it was -. She said well it takes longer to process. And now my funds are still not showing. I went to the ATM to get same day credit because my deposit was done before -. I was well within this time. My money got jammed in the machine. She said I ca n't get money out of the ATM to give to you. I asked her what was I supposed to do. I was told now to wait until Tuesday. It was cash and I was within the cutoff time frame. This has put a hardship on me. The CSRs at this location were no help and acted as if I was an inconvenience to them. I have bills that are due but am going to have to incur late fees on payments because no one showed enough concern to at least consider it an emergency and get my money back to me.
