i received an offer of wells fargo credit card about a new credit card in which they give me the offers of 0 % apr for 18 months on balances transfer and purchases. so i applied and got the card to my home, but when i called them they told i just qualify for new purchases and that it was a mistake in the letter that they sent me. i am not apprved for balance transfer. i dont know what happened with this people and i ask u to investigate, please. the credit card is # - - - - my name is - - -. thanks.
